Validation of selected models of the magnetization curve of ferrite cores

In the paper, selected models of the magnetization curve of ferrite cores were analyzed and compared. Such models are characterized by a small number of parameters and easy description that could be implemented in the SPICE. Among others, classic models such as the Rayleigh model, the Frolich model and their modifications were considered. Calculations with the use of selected models were carried out for the ferrite material F867. The obtained results were compared with the catalog data.
