Experimental Validation of A 9 – Level Cascaded Hybrid Inverter Using 4 Independently Modulated 3-Level Legs

A lot of emphasize has been put on practical implementation of a multilevel inverter with 5-level output and other hybrid topologies with less research on practical implementation of a how this one cell inverter has can cascaded for higher levels. In addition, it did not also consider the research on developing and analyzing a generalized n-cascaded hybrid model. This paper presents a micro-controller implementation of an improved and simplified PWM control technique with a novel phase shift technique. A hardware design is realized by two cascaded cells with 4 independently modulated 3-level legs. Both the protype and simulated model results shows that the proposed Novel PWM techniques gives good results on the cascaded prototype
