Effective Linearization of Millimeter-Wave Power Amplifiers Using LUT-Based Digital Predistortion (DPD)

after DPD have achieved Adjacent Channel Leakage Ratio (ACLR) improvement of around 13 dB to −50 dBc at 24 GHz, and with Error Vector Magnitude (EVM) reduction of about 1.5% to 5.5%. The LUT DPD algorithm works well for 256 QAM (Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) LTE (Long Term Evolution) modulated input signal with a bandwidth of 20 MHz, and a peak-to-average-power-ratio (PAPR) of 8.7 dB.
