Full-functional associative memory neural network model based on memristor

In this paper, a full-functional associative memory neural network model based on memristor is proposed to simulate two learning processes and three forgetting processes in Pavlov conditioned reflex experiment. Firstly, the analog circuit of memristor is constructed, the mathematical model of memristor is established, and its AC volt ampere characteristics are analyzed; Secondly, a full-functional associative memory neural network model is constructed by using memristor analog circuit. Through circuit analysis, it is shown that the circuit can correctly simulate two learning processes and three forgetting processes in Pavlov conditioned reflex experiment; Finally, the correctness and availability of the design scheme are proved by computer simulation and analysis.
