IC Technologies and Systems for Green Future

The “green” IC technologies and systems at AI/IoT era include broad concepts in smart systems (HW/SW, energy efficient, reconfiguration and modularization, data centers and cloud/edge computing, 5G communication, etc.), IC designs and 3DIC (for low power, reusable IPs, reconfigurable and modularized devices/blocks, 3DIC/SIP), and smart manufacturing (for low Carbon generation, low consumption of energy and materials, automation/robotics, waste material treatment /recycling). Similar “green” technologies are also actively leveraged and progressed in clean/renewable energy generation, power grid, automotive, transportation, smart building/city, and agriculture, etc. These “green” technologies are in active progressing for greener future.
