Research on Project Duration Prediction Based on Artificial Neural Network

In power grid construction project management, effective prediction of construction process duration is one of the key factors affecting project quality and cost. Based on the historical capital construction project data, this paper studies the main impact of the project process duration, and predicts the expected completion time of each process of the current project based on BP artificial neural network system. Using network planning technology, by analyzing the project Gantt chart, draw the network node diagram of the project, and determine the key path of project implementation. Finally, the total duration prediction range of the project is obtained based on the duration calculation method of fuzzy membership function.
