PM and AM Noise in the Ring Quadrature LC-Oscillators with Phase Shifting RC-Circuits

Results of the operation mode and PM-AM noise investigation of the ring quadrature LC-oscillators (RQO) with integrating type phase shifting RC-circuits are presented. Disclosure of analytic methods of the oscillators operation mode and PM-AM noise calculation is illustrated by such characteristics calculation for some particular examples of the oscillators. Outcome of these calculations is compared with results of computer simulation in the package ADS.
