Resonant Scattering in Wurtzite Semiconductors

The Raman scattering of light under excitation near the
$\mathrm{A}_{\mathrm{n}=2}$
and
$\mathrm{B}_{\mathrm{n}=1}$
exciton levels in ZnS and the hyper-Raman scattering near two-photon resonance with the
$\mathrm{A}_{\mathrm{n}=2}$
and
$\mathrm{B}_{\mathrm{n}=2}$
exciton levels in ZnO were theoretically investigated, taking into account the influence of the complex top valence band.
