Design and simulation of communication cable shielding layer for high-speed railway

For the Ethernet Linkdown problem in high-speed railway, according to the study of the braid shield transfer impedance analysis method model. The braid shield parameters index which can effectively isolating the high-speed railway from on-board equipment interference is proposed. First, in order to obtain the optimal value, we use MATLAB to calculate the shield parameters at frequency 30MHz, 159MHz and 500MHz. Secondly, establishing a CST electromagnetic simulation model to verify the proposed value. Comparing before and after optimization, the shielding layer can effectively shield the common interference in the vehicle, which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the shielding layer parameter index proposed in this paper. The use of this parameter index in the actual loading of the vehicle, can effectively reduce the risk of physical channel interference, to avoid the occurrence of failure.
