A Reasoning Method of Electronic Evidence in Judicial Practice

Electronic evidence has become a kind of important evidence in lawsuits but the rate of adopted electronic evidence is not high in the court. The reason is that the high technologies of electronic evidenc brings about the confusion of judgement. In this paper, we put forward a formalized reasoning framework and the algorithm of electronic evidence proceeding, and discuss their analytical process combined with the network fraud cases as an example. The current practice shows the mothod is feasible and has a consulting value in analyzing the electronic evidence proceeding in judicial practice.
