Fault Line Selection Method for Small Cuttent Grounding Based on RBF-FCM

The safe operation of transmission lines is a necessary guarantee for the safe operation of the power grid. A RBF neural network based improved fuzzy C-mean algorithm is proposed for the fault routing demand of transmission lines in small current grounding system. A 10 kV small current grounding system was constructed by using ATP/EMTP electromagnetic transient software. Cable lines, overhead lines and mixed lines of overhead and cable lines are designed in the simulation. The simulation simulates the single-phase fault routing in the ungrounded neutral point and grounded via the arc extinguishing coil system. The results of the analysis of fault transient data by MATLAB software show that RBF can find the optimal clusters and cluster centroids of data samples, which is conducive to improving the clustering of fuzzy C-means and optimizing the clustering results. Small current grounding system transmission lines through the fault fast and accurate line selection for rapid troubleshooting to provide technical support means, and to ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid.
