Research on Multi-source Peak Shaving Scheduling and Trading Strategy of Cross-provincial Contact Lines

In order to absorb a high proportion of new energy represented by wind power, the participation of inter provincial power grid tie lines in peak shaving will have an impact on the power grid dispatching mechanism and trading strategy. Firstly, this paper analyzes the impact of wind power grid connection on power grid peak shaving scheduling. Secondly, a multi-source peak shaving optimal dispatching model considering inter provincial tie lines is constructed. Then, based on the solution of the dispatching model, The transaction strategy is formulated by using the generation right theory. Finally, taking a regional power system as an example and combined with the actual power grid operation, the simulation results show that the multi-source peak shaving scheduling and trading strategy considering inter provincial tie lines, it not only fully realizes the economic and environmental benefits of wind power, but also helps to compensate the deep peak shaving cost of various units.
