Selection of an appropriate method for automatic deposition of weld coatings in the rebuilding of worn out agricultural machinery parts

In this paper a methodology for selection of an appropriate method for deposition of weld coatings on worn out cylindrical agricultural machinery parts has been proposed. On the basis of this methodology a nomogram for selection of a method for coatings deposition and a nomogram for determination the mode of the technological process have been built. A specific example for the selection of a method for coatings deposition, as well as for the selection of the parameters of the technological process has been presented.
