Adaptive Tracking Differentiator Control for Nonlinear Stochastic Systems

This study carries out the adaptive output-feedback tracking control for stochastic nonlinear systems via a perfect fusion of an innovative tracking differentiator (TD) technology and the adaptive backstepping design. Different from most of the existing results, the "differential explosion" phenomenon is offset by coalescing the TD technology artfully. Then, the adaptive tracking control scheme is developed by deriving and incorporating the compensation signals depend on the errors from the TDs. The proposed control method assures that the considered tracking control goal is ensured well, and a high quality tracking performance is achieved. The validity of the developed static is demonstrated via the simulation and the application to the electromechanical system with stochastic disturbance.
