Thermal Design and Transient Analysis of Liquid Cooling Integrated Rack in Spacecraft Cabin

Spacecraft electronic equipment is faced with complex and severe thermal environment in its whole life cycle, so it is necessary to carry out thermal design, thermal analysis, thermal test and other thermal control technology research to ensure the electrical function, property and reliability of equipment. A liquid cooling integrated rack in spacecraft cabin was taken as the research object, the thermal management solution, structure design, thermal design measures were discussed, combined with the finite volume method, FloEFD software was used to establish a thermal simulation model and perform transient thermal analysis on typical working conditions, finally, the validity of modeling method and simulation calculation was verified by comparing with the experimental data. This provides reference for thermal design and analysis of similar electronic equipment.
