Study of Chirp-mismatch SAR Echo Imaging and Application Based on Active Radar Transponder

The echo chirp rate can be reversed by exchanging the baseband I and Q signals of received SAR signals. In this paper, the realization principles of chirp-mismatch SAR echo by active radar transponder are analyzed and the imaging model of chirp-mismatch echo is established. Based on the mismatch of chirp rate, a new method of SAR jamming is proposed and its validity is analyzed. The results show that the jamming signals generated by this method can effectively suppress the original echo signals in the covered area.
