The Uniqueness of Mobile Government Service Quality: a Review on Quality Drivers

Service quality the success of mobile government portal. Previous studies show that there is a lack of quality dimensions that can be used to evaluate the services at mobile government, which cause difficulties for government agencies to measure users’ satisfaction. Therefore, the present study uses the Systematic Literature Reviews – SLR to identify the unique factors that considered the quality drivers at the context of mobile government services based on the service category of (Government To Citizens – G2C). The study focuses on the five major service quality dimensions which are location-based services, smart interactions, consistency, accessibility, and efficiency. The authors recommended conducting future studies at other categories of mobile government such as G2G, G2B, and G2E.
