Modeling Human Genome(3D) using Linear & Nearest Interpolation

This paper explains the solution of problem related to representation of structure of human genome data into 3 dimensional structure, to extract and represent patterns in human genome sequences. Genome data exists in a sequence of its basic elements (viz. A – Adenosine, T – Thymine, C - Cytosine and G – Guanine) also known as nucleotides. The representation in 3 dimensional model helps in quick and effective observation of various aspects required to deal with genomes. Various researchers in field of Medicine Science, Medical Science and human traits finding etc. can be benefitted by this model as a whole. Researchers have proposed various tools and techniques to extract patterns in genomic data. These tools represent genomic sequences in different formats using linear and circular layouts. These layouts have represented genomic data in their own best way. This paper gives insights about already explored tools and techniques for visualization of human genome as a whole and partially. To understand human genome as a whole in a 3D format, this paper proposes a 3D model for visualization of human genome using mathematical analysis technique Interpolation.
