Comprehensive Evaluation Methodology of the District Integrated Energy System

The district energy internet integrates a variety of energy forms, improves the energy network utilization efficiency. At present, it has gradually converted from conception into reality. However, there is not yet a mature method to evaluate it as a whole. The purpose of this paper is to propose a methodology for comprehensive evaluation of the district energy Internet. Summing up the previous researches, this paper constructs the comprehensive evaluation index system from four angles: economy, society, energy and reliability. The comprehensive evaluation algorithm is designed with VIKOR as the main framework and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Minimum Euclidean distance (MED) as auxiliary tools. The AHP method is used to determine the evaluation weight of each index, the MED method is used to integrate different index weights, and the VIKOR method is used to make the final compromise comprehensive decision. The simulation calculation of the actual cases proves that the evaluation scheme has scientific rationality and high sensitivity.
