Copper-Graphene Grating Based Structures for Photodetectors Applications

In this work research of absorbance and concentration of the electromagnetic field by the grating-based structures for photodetectors applications is carried out. It is shown that absorbance of the grating structure is enhanced when the slit width decreases and grating thickness increases. Absorbance spectrum is characterized by the narrow absorbance peak for structures without graphene. The presence of graphene monolayers leads to shift of the absorbance peak to the long-wave region and broad of the absorbance band.
