A Novel Reconfigurable Antenna Architecture for Wireless Applications

Wireless communication system developed widely in the world. For reliable transmission and reception of data in any such system requires suitable antenna. A wireless system always shows increased efficiency when an antenna designed and developed aimed at that particular system specifically. This paper emphases the multiband antenna envisioned for all existing wireless communication purposes. The current techniques are offered in the open literature comprises the modification of the main radiator via bending, twisting, etc. Each methodology offers different benefits, based on the essential application. The addition of a ground slot to a finite antenna ground plane may be expanded to incorporate programmable characteristics. As a result, small multiband antennas might be interesting choices for a wide variety of wireless applications. Now, it is suggested in this slotted multi band planar system to function on radio frequencies such as GPS, WLAN and Wi-MAX.
