Influence of the Scale Slope on the Measurement of the Rotation Angle by the Response of Nanostructured Metasurfaces

operation principle of angular scales consisting of nanostructured metasurfaces and rotation angle sensor on their basis are considered. The main emphasis is placed on analysis of the influence of the scale slope on the measurement of the rotation angle by the response of nanostructured metasurfaces. The rotation angle sensitivity limit when using metasurface scales is also considered.
