Secured Eye Pay: An E-payment a Application for visually impaired people

In the last decade, there has been international interest in providing special e-service application for visually impaired people. In particular, they face numerous and hard problems in their daily activities such as paying for products or online payment. In this paper discussion, a proposed e-service application is introduced to visually impaired in order to facilitate the process of e-payment services. This application allows them to pay their amount without external help from humans with easy and simple steps. This involves scanning the QR code and making the payment based on voice assistance, User can initiate payment by writing amount and pin on the screen. Image processing algorithms are used to identify the characters. Once the payment is successful user will get the confirmation through voice assistance.
