Design and actualization of the road database

The features of data exchange and the main sources of information required to make an informed decision on the need for repair work on the SRN objects are considered. Analyzed the functions of visual inspection and described the objects of the main categories of monitoring for their entry in the road database and the functions of the sampling process. The composition of applications and functions of the road database is defined. A conceptual diagram of the road database is presented, which contains all the necessary information about the objects of the road network, as well as the results obtained during monitoring using mobile road laboratories. Schemes of several applications ("Visual Inspection", "Cores and Analysis", "Diagnostic Results") are provided with a description of the implemented or functions.
