Self-healing Control Strategy Based on SNOP under Severe Fault Condition

In order to improve the stability and flexibility of distribution network power supply. This paper proposes a current-limiting control strategy for soft normally open point (SNOP) under feeder short-circuit faults. If the fault cannot be eliminated in a short time, a self-healing control strategy of SNOP is proposed to realize network reconfiguration. Specifically, it includes a pre-synchronization control structure and a smooth switching control structure based on the combination of a PI controller and a steady-state model. The simulation results show that the proposed current-limiting control strategy can limit the short-circuit current within a safe range. The proposed self-healing control strategy can suppress the voltage and current overshoot during the switching process of SNOP working mode.
