Low-carbon power dispatch model under the carbon peak target

In order to achieve the goal of peak carbon dioxide emissions, this paper introduces the cost of carbon emission and carbon emission rights constraints into the low-carbon dispatch model, and studies the influence of low-carbon dispatch model containing carbon emission costs and carbon emission rights constraints to reduce the total carbon emissions of the system. By changing the carbon emission cost price, this paper explores its impact on the total cost, so that achieve the emission reduction target while maintaining the cost at a low level. The low-carbon dispatch model optimizes the output of each unit by writing the operating limits of each unit that includes carbon emission rights constraints into the constraints, and introducing carbon emission cost prices, with the lowest power generation cost and carbon emission cost as the objective function, so as to promote the reduction of carbon emissions of the entire system.
