Mechanism Modeling and Analysis of Submerged Water Bath Cooling Molding Process

In this paper, a submerged water bath cooling molding system is introduced. The object to be cooled is a cavity with molten material inside. In the cooling molding process of this system, there is a high requirement for the uniformity of cooling temperature, because the cooling temperature has an important influence on the molding quality of the final product. The different parameters of the system will affect the uniformity of temperature in the cooling molding process. In order to further understand the influence of system parameters on molding quality, provide some guidance for industrial production of cooling molding, and improve the quality of cooling molding products. In this paper, the actual cooling molding process control system is abstracted and simplified, the mathematical model is established, and the state equation is obtained. The simulation experiment is carried out based on the mathematical model, the influence of the valve opening of cooling water inlet, the descending speed of cavity and the initial temperature of water in the water tank on the cooling temperature change in the cooling molding process is analyzed.
