Real-time miniaturized intelligent detection system for moisture content based on microwave transmission

In the current production process, the moisture content of the tobacco leaves directly affects the quality of the final products. In response to the lack of moisture content monitor for stored tobacco leaves in the domestic and foreign market, combined with the microwave technology, the paper proposes a miniaturized and real-time tobacco moisture content monitor design. The system selects the AWR1642 radio frequency chip as the radio frequency part and the main processor and offsets the loss of propagation between different media by the design of one transmit and two receive antennas. And it uses the LoRa interface to achieve wireless transmission so that it can realize the visualization of data on the cloud server.
