An IGBT Drive Circuit Controlled By Synchronous Signal Based On Magnetic Coupling Technology

This paper describes an IGBT drive circuit based on a synchronous signal control based on magnetic coupling technology. The drive circuit integrates the advantages of magnetic coupling technology, and strengthens the controllability of this coupling method by improving the secondary loop. In this way, the volume of the high-voltage pulse generator can be more compact and more stable. Through experiments, the superiority of this method is confirmed.
