I. Introduction
Steel manufacturing process is energy-intensive industry, which generally accompanies with the consumption of large fossil combustion, and its direct discharge will pollute the environment [1], [2]. With the shortage crisis of fossil energy and the increasing of carbon emission in a steel industrial park (SIP), the efficient utilization of various energy media can reduce operation cost and improve operation efficiency [3]. Industrial integrated energy system (IIES) in a SIP realizes the interconnection and cascade utilization of energy media, which involves byproduct gas (BPG), coal, power, steam, and cold by using a series of multiple-energy coupling device (MECD) in terms of power station and boiler, etc. [4]. Thus, MECD plays a crucial role for achieving the online scheduling of IIES, which also will be significantly beneficial for achieving emission reduction goals and carbon-neutral vision.
