Modeling a Compact Diode-Pumped Nd:YAG Solid State Laser

This work considers the modeling of the laser setup for the design of the compact Nd:YAG solid-state laser with a diode pump. The solid-state lasers have been known for half of the century and had have both ups and downs in their development. However, solid-state lasers always play a vital role in many fields in industry, science, and daily life. Today, there are required in location, production, medicine, and military. That is why the creation and optimization of their construction is a relevant and important problem. The calculations reveal the value of basic parameters for a miniature diode-pumped Nd:YAG laser. Such laser setup can be applied in the range-finding field.
