Design and Implementation of PV Powered Air Cooler System Using Thermoelectric Cooler

The world was pushed to a dangerous conclusion by modern lifestyle equipment. People now use refrigerators and air conditioners that emit harmful CFC (Chloro-Fluoro-Carbons) gas to the environment. This leads to the depletion of ozone and world warming. This project proposes a thermoelectric cooler-based photovoltaic air cooler that does not emit CFC gas, which is environmentally friendly. The zero-emission of harmful CFC gases reduces global warming and ozone depletion. For refrigeration, the Peltier module is used. In response to temperature feedback, the microcontroller controls the current and voltage from the power module. Thus the system is kept at a balanced temperature by modulating the heat generation rate that corresponds to the system heat dissipation rate. Through the use of non-conventional sources of renewable energy and sustainable HVAC systems, zero-emissions are achieved. This article proposes an air cooling system that is closed and controlled by loops and comprises a cooling module as a cooling component that is to be operated with a power modulator by photovoltaic systems. In the Peltier effect principle, the thermoelectric cooler works. There are two parts to the system. The subsystems are electric and thermal. Photovoltaic panels are part of the electrical subsystem, the power modulator. The temperature sensor unit and a microcontroller form an interlock control unit.
