Multi-radiators Scattering Characteristic Solver via ARCS Theory and GPU Acceleration

We present a fast method to calculate the ARCS, which symbols the scattering characteristic of targets interfered with multi-radiators in complex electromagnetic environment. By using the GPU parallel units and the SSBO transmission module, ARCS computational efficiency can be greatly improved. In the progress of electromagnetic scattering calculation the scattering field parameters are calculated by parallel units in the GPU. Meanwhile, the data module SSBO become a low-loss and flexible bridge for data transmission from the GPU to the CPU. For ARCS in complex electromagnetic environments, the targets’ surface will be partitioned according to the radiation situation of multiple sources based on the physical optics theory, and then we perform parallel operations in each region to ensure the calculation efficiency. At last, we have verified the correctness of the proposed method by comparing the calculation results with reference data utilizing a spherical target. Significantly, this method is more convenient and high-frequency adaptable.
