A survey on computational parametric analysis of incompressible nanofluids applications in solar energy systems

Different approaches have been used to improve the transformation of solar energy into usable forms. Nanofluids are one of the most extensively employed approaches in the ongoing research of energy utilization improvement. For efficient solar absorption, proper nanoparticle dispersion has been discovered to be a significant problem. Therefore, this paper presents a state-of-the-art assessment of various computational studies for the analysis of nanofluids to improve the performance of different types of solar collectors. Influence of thermophoresis parameters on energy absorption capability of nanofluid using computational methods are also presented. In light of the current challenges with nanofluids in solar energy systems, review and recommendations for future study topics are also presented.
