Perovskite Solar Cells with Electron and Hole Transport Absorber Layers of High-Power Conversion Efficiency by Numerical Simulations Design using SCAPS

In this paper, a conceptual analysis of electron and hole transport absorber layers perovskite solar cells has been achieved with computer simulation. The power conversion efficiency approximately 13.94% for first solar cell. To improve its working, various materials were put forward as electron and hole transport absorber layers. Consequence of the balance measurement upon the power conversion efficiency (PCE) of electron and hole transport absorber layers have been scrutinize using various absorber layer materials. The Solar Cells Capacitance Simulator (SCAPS) software used for the numerical simulation of various absorber layer materials. The proposed perovskite solar cell structure concert was improved by electron and hole transport absorber layers which was found to be 1.2 micrometers. With these conceptualizations the high-power conversion efficiency extends 25.82%. The numerical simulations results procure in this work obvious the most likely of auspicious technology. The proposed structure numerical simulation gives a new thought of notable attention to the perovskite solar cells designers with very effortless producing process, cost of production also low and with high coherent to work out the energy issues.
