Operation system design of SMA automatic trim machine based on PLC

In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic industry, integrated circuit automatic packaging technology has been improved. At the same time, because of PLC software application technology increasingly mature, PLC as the controller of integrated circuit automatic packaging system is not only perfect technology, application is also very wide. In this paper, on the basis of packaging system and manipulator control system and other research results, the design of PLC as the controller of the manipulator system, not only can replace the heavy human labor, but also does not affect the use of the original packaging equipment.
