Online Defect Elimination Equipment for High Voltage Isolation Switch Based on Laser Cleaning Technology

With the advancement of laser cutting technology, laser cleaning, as an environmentally friendly and effective surface removal technology, has become more and more useful. The purpose of this paper is to study the online defect elimination equipment of high voltage isolation switch based on laser cleaning technology. First, a more detailed introduction is given to the overall use level, operation overview and failure causes of the high-voltage isolating switch. The rust removal effect of the high-voltage isolating switch of the laser cleaning technology and the distribution of the microscopic composition curve on the surface of the high-voltage isolating switch after cleaning are analyzed. The experimental results show that the oxidation is more serious when the defocus is +2mm, and the cleaning effect of the rust layer at +4mm and +6mm is better than the cleaning effect when the defocus is +2mm, and the surface after cleaning is close to the original metal color. The development prospect of the instrument is broad, and the actual application level on the spot is relatively high.
