Throughout his career,
Dr. Máximo (Max) E. Valentinuzzi worked long and hard for the development of the BME profession locally, regionally, and internationally. His accomplishments were numerous and valuable, including his editorship of the
IEEE Pulse
special column known as “Retrospectroscope” for more than ten years. A highlight and strength of the magazine over the past decade, this special column was built largely on the efforts and contributions from Dr. Valentinuzzi (
