Acceleration of Integrated Electronic-Based Government System in Indonesia with the Maturity Model of Electronic-Based Government System: A Systematic Literature Review

A Maturity Model for Electronic-Based Government System (MM SPBE) has been developed. Various concepts for measuring the level of maturity are still developing. Besides, it is necessary to study the implementation of SPBE and build a map of the development of existing measurement concepts against MM SPBE. This paper intends to see the development of various concepts for measuring the level of maturity and build a map of these concepts against MM SPBE. This paper uses the systematic literature review (SLR) method as a research method. The results show that MM SPBE is a model that has broad aspects ranging from policies to services. The limitations of the study and suggestions for improvement for further research have been described.
