Determination of E-Wallet Usage Intention : Extending The TAM Model With Self Efficacy

This study aims to examine the influence of self efficacy on perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use; the influence of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use to attitude toward usage and the influence of attitude toward usage on Behavioral intention to use E-wallet. As a theoretical framework for this study, an expanded version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) incorporating self efficacy was used. The structural equation modeling was used to examine the primary empirical data from 253 respondents (SEM), the e-wallet users who live in Jabodetabek. Based on Partial Least Square (PLS) test, the result shows that all of the hypotheses are supported.
