Smart Tool for Tracing Humidity and Temperature of Products During Transportation

This article discusses the ability to trace products with humidity and temperature requirements to the end user. Sometimes the supply chain includes up to 7 sub-distributors, it is very important to track temperature and humidity from manufacturer to end client. In accordance with ISO 13485, traceability should be included to QMS. This application track geolocation and add sub distributors in process of transportation. Loggers including WIFI for transfer data in timely manner. Moreover, it is fully integrated with the system for dealing with nonconformance, which allows to automate the process of opening nonconformance and reduce the costs of damage products. If during transportation humidity or temperature range will be higher or lower that required, system automatically open nonconformance and assign to correct person. Smart Tool for tracing transportation of humidity and temperature control product can improve QMS logistic process.
