Structure Analysis of High Temperature Heat Storage Conductor Based on Thermal-Electricity-Magnetic Field Coupling

For the practical application of a large-capacity solid heat storage device, its internal heating element is affected by electromagnetic force and its own mechanical strength in a high temperature and high pressure environment, which is prone to problems such as its own deformation, short circuit, component breakdown or even fracture, which leads to the entire storage The thermal device cannot operate safely. Therefore, it is very important to ensure that the electromagnetic distribution and stress distribution of the heating element in the heat storage hole are reasonable. In this paper, through the mathematical modeling of spiral and waveform electric heating elements, the electromagnetic distribution characteristics of two different structures of heating elements are analyzed by using the finite element method, the bending mode of strip waveform heating elements is optimized and the relationship between the magnetic density of fillet waveform elements with different levels of voltage and different wave distance is calculated. Experiments show that the wave element is better than the spiral element in terms of magnetic density distribution, electric field distribution and breakdown strength. In addition, experiments have found that a large wave distance can effectively reduce the magnetic density distribution and improve the stability and safety of the device’s operation.
