Dynamics of finite energy Cosh-Airy beams modeled by the fractional Schrödinger equation

In this paper, we use the Split step Fourier algorithm. The propagation property of finite energy Cosh-Airy beam in the fractional Schrodinger equation with variable coefficient is numerically studied. Its transport trajectory can be significantly changed by changing the Lévy index α of the fractional Schrodinger equation; Its shape can be significantly changed by changing the Cosh-Airy beam's initial cosh factor and truncation coefficient. These properties prove the broad application prospects of the Cosh-Airy beam in optical operations and optical switches.
