A Solution for Simulation of the Electrically Large Reflectarray

This paper proposes a solution for the full-wave simulation of the electrically large reflectarray employing the concept of ‘element-in-array pattern’ and near field source technique which is supported in commercial EM software. This solution is capable of calculating the radiation pattern of reflectarray of any size illuminated by arbitrary horn working at from millimeter wave to terahertz. A numerical example has proved its accuracy.
