Design of wireless transmitting power amplifier chip applied to the Internet of Things in smart cities

With the advent of the era of basic network construction of smart cities, the Internet of Things has gradually been put on the agenda, and the term “smart city” in the Internet of Things has gradually become known and implemented. In the era of the Internet of Things, communication equipment is indispensable. As a radio frequency front end, the power amplifier is a very important module in the field of wireless communication. This article mainly studies the transmitter module in communication equipment, designs and manufactures the power amplifier in the transmitter module. The class D amplifier designed in this article uses an inverter as the basic structure, with a simple structure, a theoretical efficiency of 100%, and a large transmission power. Class D amplifiers are often used in occasions with constant envelope modulation signals such as GFSK and GMSK and high requirements for the efficiency and output power of the power amplifier.
