A Positioning Control Module for Lubricate Railway and Lower Pantograph

In this paper, we have proposed a positioning control module for lubricating the railway and lowering the pantograph. It has two flexible functions; one uses a global positioning system (GPS) antenna to determine locations and would automatically lubricate the railway when the train arrives to predetermined positions. The other uses Bluetooth communication to achieve the warning and notification function to lower the pantograph before the train is set to return to the railway factory, which can prevent damage to the pantograph itself and other equipment due to the height restriction of the railway factory.
