Design of Beam Deflection of Artificial Electromagnetic Metasurface based on meta library

The Artificial electromagnetic structures can achieve functions that natural materials cannot achieve. The phase artificial wave vector can control the surface composition gradient of electromagnetic wave reflection and propagation. In this paper, we obtain the phase gradient distribution of metasurface elements by the following methods: Huygens principle and generalized Snell's law. The simulation results show that the structure has a good beam deflection effect at low frequencies, the structure is thin in thickness and low in quality.
