Development and Validation of a Mobile App for Burn Healing Care based on Interactive Design

The skin is a critical organ, and its deterioration can jeopardize a person's health. The objective of this research is to create a smartphone app for burn patients with a 3D image recording function, to create a smart, professional, and user-friendly HePh App for healing and care, a quick communication channel for the health care-patient connection, and a new type of digital implementation for therapies. The Analytical Hierarchy Process was used in this study to determine the relevance of each level of structure and function and to make architectural changes. The research findings suggest that the HePh App is appropriate for both hospital and home care, effectively reminding patients to actively treat their wounds, accelerating wound healing and self-care needs, and improving hospital medical services and quality of care.
