With the leading concept of innovation, management outlining, technology development as starting point, Shanghai implements planned power outage management and control, promoting non-blackout operations, guaranteeing equipment operation and maintenance quality, together with the application of intelligent monitoring and other means to achieve full realm power supply reliable rate exceeding 99.99% for the first time, which makes a historical leap in China.This article starts with the completion and trend of Shanghai power supply reliability indicators in recent years. It conducts a detailed analysis of indicators and the causes of power outage responsibilities, combined with the development of non-blackout operations, analyzing the types of operations that have been carried out and the reasons for those not.
