Robust Guaranteed Cost Control for Polynomial Fuzzy Systems via Relaxed Sum-of-Squares Approach

In this paper, the guaranteed cost control problem is considered for polynomial fuzzy systems with norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. A convex control framework is proposed such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable and a specified quadratic cost function has an upper bound for all admissible uncertainties. The guaranteed cost sufficient condition is given in terms of SOS, which can be solved via SOSTOOLS.
